  • Not at all! While I’ve gone through my own postpartum journey and love helping other mums rebuild their strength, my coaching is for all women who want to feel strong, consistent and confident in their training. Whether you’re postpartum, just starting out or returning to the gym after time away, I’ll meet you where you’re at and build a plan that fits your lifestyle.

  • Yes! Access to weights is essential for achieving progressive overload and building strength over time. If you train at home but have a well-equipped setup (e.g. dumbbells, bands, bench), we can still create an effective program. But ideally, you’ll have gym access.

  • Minimum 12 weeks to see meaningful change, but many clients stay longer for continued results and support.

  • No worries. I’ll teach you, or we can use habit based approaches depending on your goals and lifestyle.

  • Absolutely. While tracking food can be a helpful tool for awareness, it’s not the only way to see results. Together we’ll focus on building sustainable habits like balanced meals, portion awareness and simple nutrition strategies that fit your lifestyle. Many of my clients have achieved incredible transformations without tracking their food.

  • I hear this a lot and I get why you’d feel hesitant. The difference with my coaching is that it’s not a one-size-fits-all plan. Your program is designed for your goals, your lifestyle and your fitness level. On top of that I stay closely involved with weekly check-ins, adjustments and ongoing support so you’re never left feeling stuck or alone. If something isn’t working we adapt it, because my goal is for you to finally see results that last.
