Yes! Access to weights is essential for achieving progressive overload and building strength over time. If you train at home but have a well-equipped setup (e.g. dumbbells, bands, bench), we can still create an effective program. But ideally, you’ll have gym access.

Absolutely. I have experience working with postpartum women and will meet you where you’re at, with your doctor or physio’s clearance.

Minimum 12 weeks to see meaningful change, but many clients stay longer for continued results and support.
