1:1 ONLINE COACHING
What you can expect:
After your free initial zoom consultation call you will receive a personalised progressive resistance training program, tailored to your goals, lifestyle & fitness level, along with personalised calorie and macronutrient breakdowns based on your goal.
Your program will include clickable links to exercise video demonstrations so you can see exactly how to perform each exercise, as well as the reps, sets, rest periods and tempo so you know exactly how to execute your program. I will also request specific exercises that I require you to film and submit so I can make sure you’re executing the main lifts with correct form and give feedback where needed.
I will teach you how to track your calories, and hit your allocated macro targets while having the flexibility to continue to eat the foods you enjoy.
You will have a check in with me every week where you receive feedback on your training videos, training program, nutrition, and physical progress so I can make sure you’re on track to achieving your goal.
I’m also available full time for support, questions, or any concerns you may have throughout each week
1:1 IN-PERSON COACHING
What you can expect:
In your free initial zoom consultation call we will discuss your past and current training history, your lifestyle and your goals. From there you will receive your tailored plan which includes the first phase of your training program.
In your first training session I will teach you technique skills and show you how to execute your program. You will have the choice to train 1x or 2x per week with me where we rotate through 1-2 days of your training program, continue to work on your technique and make sure you’re performing each exercise with correct form.
Nutritional guidance is included, where you receive personalised calorie and macronutrient breakdowns based on your goal. I will also teach you how to track your calories and hit your allocated macro targets while having the flexibility to continue to eat the foods you enjoy.
You will also receive on-going support and communication from me outside of coaching sessions.
